DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />,500 3t'nalor Buzldit~g, 220 High $1, ,Y.E, SaleTa, Orcgo~t 97.'~0/ <br /> <br />May 19, 1982 <br /> <br />Martin Boatwright <br />Boatwright Engineering, Inc. <br />~613 - 12th Street S.E. <br />Salem, OR, 97302 <br /> <br />RE: Conditional Use 82-9 and 82-10. <br /> <br />Mr. Boatwright: <br /> <br />The Department of Public Works has reviewed the revised road <br />and drainage plans for Conditional Use 82-9 and 82-10, and <br />the~ are approved subject to notes indicated on the attached <br />plan. <br /> <br />The following items shall be submitted and approved by the <br />Department of Public Works prior to acceptance of the road- <br />way dedication to the County. <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />A Warranty Deed, in the form approved by Department <br />of Public Works, conve~ing the roadway right-of-way <br />to Marion County for public roadway purposes and <br />signed by all contract buyers and sellers. <br /> <br />Drainage easements in all areas required by the <br />Department of Public Works and as shown on the <br />approved plans and signed bg all holders of .interest <br />in the property involved. <br /> <br />3) A written agreement from Mr, ~sbe~g to the CountF <br /> addressing the following: <br /> <br />He will be responsible for all required <br />road improvements due to increased traffic <br />loads on Ehlen Road or I-$ off-ramps, due to <br />the development of the 16 acre parcel. <br /> <br />That access permits for any new development <br />or change in use on the 16 acres will be <br />required from Public Works and we may delay <br />issuance of such permits until the required <br />traffic study and improvements due to the <br />development are made. <br /> <br /> <br />
