Soars, D.P.W. <br />RE: Conditional Use 82-9 and <br />May 19, 1982 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />82-10 <br /> <br />That it shall be the responsibility of the <br />developer to secure all required permits from <br />the State for access to Ehlen Road and the <br />developer will be required to make any improve- <br />ments which the State may require. <br /> <br />This agreement shall be prepared by Mr. Isberg <br />and meet with the approval of Marion County <br />Legal Counsel. <br /> <br />4) Satisfactory evidence of Developer's financial capa- <br /> bility to undertake and complete the contemplated <br /> development. <br /> <br />A signed improvement agreement committing tho developer <br />to complete the required improvements. <br /> <br />None of the above conditions shall relieve the applicant from <br />complying with all items in the Conditional Use Order as iasued <br />by the Marion County Hearings Officer. <br /> <br />In addition, all improvements as shown on the approved plans <br />shall b~ included in an~ building permit approval and be <br />viewed by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />At the start of construction please notify Dave Steenson a~ <br />588~5304 before starting. <br /> <br />After construction is completed, furnish a complete set of mylar <br />drawings to this office, showing all revisions and additions to <br />the approved plans.
