RE: Conditional Use 82-9 and May 19, 1982 Page 2 82-10 That it shall be the responsibility of the developer to secure all required permits from the State for access to Ehlen Road and the developer will be required to make any improve- ments which the State may require. This agreement shall be prepared by Mr. Isberg and meet with the approval of Marion County Legal Counsel. 4) Satisfactory evidence of Developer's financial capa- bility to undertake and complete the contemplated development. A signed improvement agreement committing tho developer to complete the required improvements. None of the above conditions shall relieve the applicant from complying with all items in the Conditional Use Order as iasued by the Marion County Hearings Officer. In addition, all improvements as shown on the approved plans shall b~ included in an~ building permit approval and be viewed by the Department of Public Works. At the start of construction please notify Dave Steenson a~ 588~5304 before starting. After construction is completed, furnish a complete set of mylar drawings to this office, showing all revisions and additions to the approved plans. On the first sheet of the mylars, the engineer shall make the following statement: "I hereby certify that these improvements have been inspected and constructed in conformance with the plans approved by the Public works Director and the general specifications adopted by the Marion County Department of Public Works."
