Nature of the Application <br /> <br /> This matter came before the Marion County Hearings Officer <br />on the application of Dolores and Jon Isberg to amend Conditional <br />Use 82-10 to allow a mobile home site for a manager in the Isberg <br />RV Park and to obtain a conditional use to allow a mobile home <br />site for an assistant manager in the Isberg RV Park on a 5.82 <br />acre parcel in an ID (Interchange District) zone on property <br />located at 21599 Dolores Way, Aurora, Oregon (Section 9; T4S; <br />R1W), Tax Lot No. 40316-935. <br /> <br />II. Relevant Criteria <br /> <br /> The standards and criteria relevant to this application are <br />found in the Statewide Goals and Guidelines, the Marion County <br />Zoning Ordinance, and the Marion County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />III. Public Hearing <br /> <br /> A public hearing on this application was held July 30, 1986. <br />At the hearing the Planning Division file was made made part of <br />the record. The following persons appeared at the hearing and <br />provided testimony on the application: <br /> <br />1. Bret Stafford <br />2. Jon Isberg <br />3.
