Such screening, if <br />vegetative, may be spaced for long-te~m growth habits. <br />The Hea~ings Office~ notes that certain lagge tree <br />species similar to those on the Christmas tree farm may <br />be planted to provide a consistent vegetative buffe~. <br />Such planting or fence shall be subject to the app,?oval <br />of the Planning Director. <br /> <br />Applicants shall obtain all State and County permits <br />app~ovals and comply with all applicable ~'egulations <br />concerning subst~rfe, ce sewage disposal, water supply <br />system, fi~'e protection, sanitation and access.
