Notice <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the conditional use/variance <br />granted herein shall become effective only when exercised within <br />months f~om the effective date of this Order. <br /> <br />VIII. Effective Date <br /> <br /> The application approved herein shall become effective on the <br /> 15th day of April, 1983 (at least 10 days after the mailing of <br />~-~q~- Order) unless tile Marion County Board of Commissioners, on <br />their own motion or by appeal timely filed, is asked to review <br />this order. In case of Board review, this order shall be stayed, <br />and shall be subject to such final action as is taken by the <br />Board. <br /> <br />IX. Appeal Rights <br /> <br /> An appeal of this decision may be taken by anyone agc. l~'ieved <br />or; affected by this Order. An appeal must be filed with the <br />Marion County Clerk by 5:00 p.m. by the l&th day of April, 3983, <br />(a minimum of 10 days from the mailing o-f.'-'~-{:'l~l~ Order-).
