I have tried to keep to the format of the Melvin <br />Mark Agreement, and incorporated your suggested changes in places where they more <br />or less fit naturally. I've tried to renumber the items for organizational purposes. Let <br />me make some comments to help you through the draft: <br />I. Sections 1.1 and 4.2. <br />You asked that Exhibit A.1 through A.4 of the PERS contract model be added. I <br />did address A.1.01 through A.1.06, except for A.1.03, A.2.01 through A2.03, and <br />A.3.02, A3.04 through A.3.07, and all of A.4. <br />You will find most of these in new section 4.2, General obligations, and in new <br />section 6. l, by addition of a sentence in new section 6.5 dealing with keeping informed <br />and being acquainted with specs, and new section 6.11. <br />II.
