There are several items remaining far resolution. They are: <br />1. Construction Management Servrces. <br />Recommendation: S'tickwifh $437,500, the proposal amount <br />2. Reimbursable expenses. <br />Recommendation: Stick with the actual ezpenses up to $25, 000 per the propasal <br />3. Change order fee of S°o. <br />Recommendation: Dan't pcry it. Not part of the proposal <br />4. 1 d% retainage. <br />Recommendation: Drop this de~nand. It is not part of the original proposal <br />5. Fees jor early termination. <br />Recommendation: Don't pay this. Agree to 60 day notice of terminatiorr. Or, agree to pay <br />actual, reasonable expenses of winding up....recognizing this may be difficult to defrne. <br />6. Errors and Omissions Insurance. <br />Recommendation: Agree that Owners will buy it, if they want it. <br />
