RFIs are sent to Craig after a response has been provided <br />2. Issue Notifications are sent to Craig as required in the Contract Documents <br />3. For informational purposes, Leonard will send Proposal Requests to Craig when sent <br />to Pence/Kelly <br />4. If the RFI or the response to the Yroposal Request has a cost impact, a COR is <br />submitted to Craig for approval <br />5. A copy of the COR is provided to Leonard for concurrent review <br />6. If necessary, Craig will meet with Dave Hays for additional review/clarification <br />7. Craig will notify Owners that a COR is outstanding <br />8. If approved, Craig will review the COR with the owners, sign and forward for <br />owner's signature <br />9. If rejected, Pence/Kelly can pursue dispute resolution guidelines <br />B. Owner / Contractor Dispute Resolution Guidelines <br />Level One <br />Steve Schaad will address scope changes or issues with subcontractors on site to seek <br />resolution. <br />2. Level Two <br />If an issue or change in scope cannot be resolved on site Dave may elevate and <br />review with Craig. <br />3. Level Three <br />If P/K is unsatisfied with the response or resolution, Dave may elevate a review to <br />include Craig, Billy and John. <br />4. Level Four <br />If P/K is unsatisfied with the response or resolution, Curt may elevate a review to <br />include Randy F. and Marcia K. <br />C. Submittal Review Process <br />1. Submittals to be correlated to match specification paragraph or schedule line item and <br />as complete as practicable. <br />2. Early order and long lead items to have submittals schedule for review to meet project <br />schedule. <br />3. Turn around on submittals to be approximately ten working days, measured from <br />initial receipt in Architect's office to returned receipt at Pence/Kelly's construction <br />office. (Contract indicates two weeks) <br />4. First tier subcontractors may expect turn around of submittals within approximately <br />fifteen days. <br />
