Bundling of Requests for Information is desirable but only if answers can be bundled. <br />2. Subcontractors may contact engineering sub-consultant directly but must protect their <br />own risk with follow-up confirmation where deemed necessary. <br />3. Requests for information should be written to receive simple "yes" or "no" answers <br />where possible. <br />4. Requests for Information should be accompanied by suggested solutions to help <br />reduce paper work. <br />5. Cost impacts, if any, will be addressed through the normal change order process. <br />E. Change Orders-Other <br />1. Change Order Requests will include reasonably detailed take-offs at the sub-trade as <br />well as the general level. <br />
