BE IT FUR1 HER RESOLVED that if, in any budget year (as described above), funds are <br />not budgeted to pay principal and interest to the Department of Solid Waste Management's fund, <br />the General Fund will pay an amount equal to all unpaid principal and accrued interest. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Department of General Services, will make <br />payment in full,~ on or before June 30, 1998 of the principal amount borrowed, not to exceed <br />$5,000,000 plus accrued interest. The interest rate will be equal to the Marion County <br />Treasurer.'s market interest computation for the month of May 1997. <br />BE IT FURTT~R RESOLVED that it is the intent of the Board that all loaned funds and <br />accrued interest be repaid as quickly as possible.
