The department is using <br />sPecialized eyuipment, inks and is storing targe ~mount~~ of paper. <br />• Plenly of ~vorkspace (tables) is e~sentiul for the printing process. <br />• It ~vould be helptut to have a:afety station and a cleanup area for the inl:s etc. (water based) <br />• [t is impo~tant to make note of the h~res of equipment us~ in this space. Forklifts for moving supplies; paper <br />ete., the machinery itself, and the noi:e it makes. Make sure doors etc. can accommociate equipment. <br />Housing Authorit~~: <br />• The lobby area for housing is e~tremely busy and must acc;ommodate large groups of people, (families with <br />children). There are appro~imatel~~ 30-4U people in the room at once. Could use a~pace for children. <br />• The reception counter in this area must he locked and has some securi _ty issues with the lobby space. The noise <br />fi~om the lobby area needs to be isolated. <br />• A small conference area ti~r apProximately G-$ e~i~ts no~v but dces not seem to be sut~icient space. <br />• Breal:room? <br />• Files: Again there are 20+ files (4 dra~i~er vertical) along with 3 storage units. There is an additional back <br />room far more tiles and storage. The rec;ycling bins are also located in this space. <br />• A maintenance area is necessarv for the tieid people. They are in vans all day and have some storage needs for <br />equipment etc. <br />• There are 12 shelves of manuals and 20+ boxes on the floor. (some files in Archives) <br />• Office is open plan with blue and oak ~vall dividers that will be moving. <br />z <br />t6 ) <br />
