The six <br />bids were received from: <br />Pence/Kelly Construction Company, Inc. <br />Marion Construction Company <br />Nielsen Dillingham Builders <br />Westwood Swinerton Construction <br />John Hyland Construction, Inc. <br />Drake Construction Company, Inc. <br />According to Marion County Contract Review Board Rules, the award shall be <br />made to the lowest responsible bidder.
