Group. In addition, Marion County provided an update to the `Space Requi~ement Summary" listed as E~fiibit No. 3 from the above ~efe~enoed report. In September of 1996, staff from Arbuckle Costic Ardi~ interviewed Department Heads of Courriy Departrnents destgnated to move i~to Cou~thouse Square. The interview process was designed ~o obtafi farrul'rarily with the curre~t space planning requirements and verification of staff growtl~ trends shown in the W.E. Group report. A fotu page wotidng document, dated Ssptembe~ 30,1996, was produced as a supplement to ti~e programming information previously received. During June and Juty of 1997~ follo~wing a review of the wo~id~g document by you and othe~ County staff, interio~s staff from Arbudde Costic Architeds agai~ interviewed staff at each of the designated Cou~iy Departrnents, preparatory to nintting a design test on the avallable ~ffic:e spaoe. The resuits of this interview process are recorded in the fortn of ~ough notes as well as the preliminary space plan~i~g layouts produced for departmentai review.
