(Need to hear Legislature)
l~here is an ezisting coffeebar that sc;ems to be sufficient (it is located jusl outside of conference room).
Cih~ Council Chambera:
In designing a new area it would be helpful to have an additional room at the back to house wires, t.v., and
equipment t_ype stuff (a control room). It should have all state of the art equipment. (Cameras in soffits etc.,
eliminating people standing in the middle of the room in the ~vay etc.)
Be aware of the furnishings, specifically the height of the counter and chairs etc_, the drawers for the
commissioner~ are not used presently.
Children and Familics:
• Shares reception with the Board of Commissioners
• Furnishings are ne~v; they are black and p-ay and more contemp. looking.
