COURTHOUSESQUARE <br />SENATOR HEARING ROOM <br />AUDIO SYSTEM <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />Purchaser must supply suitable, serviceable existing conduit to contractor's specifications. <br />Purchaser must supply millwork alterations in AN Room # 1253 to contractor's <br />specifications. Due to conduit stubs in #1253 additional cabinetry may be required, and <br />modifications to counter for audio rack will be necessary. <br />Purchaser must supply one (1) 120 volt, 20 amp isolated ground dedicated circuit into <br />rack. <br />Conduit as-built layout (as required in RFQ 2.6-5) must be provided to contractor by <br />project's electrical contractor. <br />Contractor may need to move emergency speakers to achieve proper audio coverage in <br />hearings room. <br />If life safety codes require audio systems shutdown during emergency, a weddry contact <br />pair must be brought into audio rack by project's security contractor. <br />Wireless systems antennae will be located on soffit walls, or as agreed upon with owner. <br />Contractor not responsible for project delays caused by other trades (i.e. <br />millwork/electrician). <br />Proposed cassette recorder and transcribers must be approved by staff prior to <br />order/installation. If not acceptable, cost adjustments may be required. <br />Purchaser to provide suitable access to Senator Hearing Room and no charge parking for <br />contractor's vehicles. <br />
