Results are incorporated into the project plan book. <br />1. Furnish, evaluate, and coordinate a final construction schedule between all <br />subcontractors. <br />2. Establish a complete field office facility. <br />3. Furnish an experienced General Superintendent for the overall field supervision of the <br />project and ooordinate tfie subcontractors to assure strict time schedule compliance and <br />cost control. <br />4. Furnish personnel to expedite delivery of systems and material. <br />5. Process all shop drawings for Architect's approval. <br />6. Provide cost c:ontrol. <br />7. Supervise and process all change orders, modifications or substitutions. <br />8. Provide a Director of Safety and EFA Coordinator to establish and supervise these two <br />programs. <br />9. Maintain a reoord of all contract changes in construction plans so that as-built drawings <br />can be prepared in compliance with actual construction accomplished. <br />10. Make application for and expedite the obtaining of permits or licenses. <br />11. Furnish personnel to audit project costs as required. <br />i2.
