timeframes, Contractor shall immediately provide written <br />notification of inability to perform to the issuer of the <br />Contract <br />Release Order or Purchase Order. The State reserves the right <br />to <br />cancel the order and make the purchase from another supplier. <br />Contractor shall reimburse the State for the incremental <br />difference between contract pricing and actual price paid. <br />with <br />MINIMUM ORDERS: There shall be no minimum orders allowed. <br />Contractor shall provide products and services in accordance <br />the contract, regardless of the number of chairs purchased. <br />PACKAGING: When economically feasible, Contractor shall use <br />recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials, as defined in <br />ORS <br />125-30-033. Al1 packaging shall be of sufficient strength to <br />protect product during shipment.
