Upon request, Contractor shall provide a Material Safety Data <br />Sheet, as required by OAR 437-155-025, for any item included in <br />this contract which contains hazardous chemicals. This <br />information shall be provided to the requesting state agency or <br />authorized member of the State of Oregon's Cooperative <br />Purchasing <br />Program (ORCPP) at the time of shipment or upon delivery of <br />first <br />order. <br />WARRANTIES: Contractor shall promptly correct, without charge <br />to <br />the State, any defects arising from faulty materials, <br />workmanship <br />or performance, to the satisfaction of the State, for a minimum <br />of <br />five (5) years from date of delivery. Warranty on components <br />to <br />include chair frames, steel frame components, seat cushions, <br />base <br />and chair control mechanisms, gas cylinders, bearings and <br />casters, <br />normal wear and tear excepted. <br />basis <br />chairs <br />These <br />of <br />TRIAL PERIOD: Contractor(s) shall have a sufficient number of <br />"demo" contract chairs available for use on a trial or loan <br />by State agencies. Chairs will be delivered to the agency for <br />trial within two (2) weeks of the request. State agencies may <br />request the chairs for a maximum of a one week (5 working days) <br />period. Upon completion of the agency's examination, the <br />will be returned to Contractor with no obligation to buy. <br />chairs shall be provided free of charge and freight paid, <br />including return freight. <br />The State shall take reasonable care to protect these loaner <br />chairs from damage, but assumes no liability for damage or loss <br />the chairs. <br />
