P/K is <br />tracking cost and time, could be as high as $40,000. Also undocumented fill and contaminated soil is being <br />excavated at the South East comer, (cost is unknown at this time.) This has set our schedule back at least 2 <br />weeks. <br />5/20/99 - Overex has totaled about 5,700 yards, (about $ 200,000) and has delayed the schedule by 3 <br />weeks. <br />5/27/99 - Overex has totaled about 6,100 yards. Delays in the final completion schedule must be approved <br />via the change order process. Dave said that the overex has delayed the schedule 3 wks. Craig disagrees. <br />Dave wiil present case with a change order. <br />6/17/99 - COR will be issued 25 June. <br />606.01 CLO 5/20/99 Pence/Kell Construction, inc. DH <br />Owners need the Construction Schedule to plan and deconflict owner work. Items include cable conduit for <br />security system and data/phone, move-in schedule, testing and balancing, time capsule, early move in items, <br />commissioning, CCN, LEED compliance, and dead lines for space reorganization. <br />6/3/99 - Changes to the following are needed by theses dates: <br />- Cable conduit for security/data/phones: 01 July 99 <br />- Space revisions (Owner Decisions): 17 June 99 <br />- Leed Issues: 17 June 99 <br />- Relites and Door frames for all floors: 01 Aug 99 <br />- Gmd Floor Build Out: 01 Aug 99 <br />- T.I.
