Missing receptacle wall cover directly below this window. <br />dd. Knick in cherry comer molding on northeast column. <br />ee. Cover on therrnostat or control device is not installed on the east wail. <br />ff. On the northwest column, especialiy on the south face but on other faces as weli, the nail holes have <br />been puttied but the putty still evident on the rest of the finish shouid be steel wooled down and then <br />refinished. <br />gg. On the dias there is a glue mark under a purple heart trim piece towards the right hand side needs to be <br />cleaned off the bullnose. <br />hh. Scarf joint in bottom bullnose on left-hand side of dias is unacceptable, too much piasfic wood and not <br />enough wood. <br />ii. The cherry veneer on top of the dias has bubbled significantly under the finish indicating an improper <br />bond between the veneer and the substrate, unacceptabie. <br />jj. The cherry veneer on the top of the dias has been sanded through to the substrate and needs to be <br />replaced. <br />kk. Top bulinose on dias joint approximately eight or nine feet from the right hand side has about an inch <br />wide filler without sca~ng the joints and is noticeably misaligned on the bottom side of it. Repair this with <br />a longer piece scarfed in prope~ly. <br />II. Again top cherry veneer on the dias on the right hand side has also been sanded down through to the <br />substrate and is unacceptable and will need to be ~emoved and replaced with new cherry veneer. <br />mm. Chipped p-lam on back side of the dias on a vertical face directly undemeath the bullnose needs to have <br />that whole section replaced to remove the chip <br />nn. Joints in P-lam need to be tight. <br />oo. Provide additional support between the braces to carry the dias at the joints as indicated in a previous <br />observation report. <br />pp. Base missing at the back side of the dias all the way around. <br />qq. Missing access panels and face to the back side of the dias all the way around. <br />rr. Light flickering directiy above the left hand side of the dias. <br />ss. Touch up damaged soffiting on the west side of the room in several locations. <br />tt. ~ Door 12046 still requires final coat of finish. <br />uu. Frame 1204B requires touch up paint in several occasions. <br />3. Storage Room 1252: <br />a. Touch up paint all the way around the doors to ~emove paint overspray from door frame painting. <br />b. Cut wall paint into door frame on latch side. <br />c. General cfean up of the floor required. <br />d. Door 1252A still requires a final coat of finish. <br />e. Touch up north wall at dirt smudge near the ceiling. <br />f. Touch up door frame 1252A. <br />4. AudioNisual Room 1253: <br />a. Door 1253B requires final coat of finish.. <br />b. Frame 12536 requires touch up in various locations. <br />c. Stained ceiling tile in southeast comer. <br />d. Replace damaged ceiling tile. <br />e. Missing several ceiling tile that should be reinstalled. <br />f. Counter top of work surface in this room needs to have a rounded comer instead of the chamfered <br />comer. <br />g, Door 1253A the carpet still requires a divider trim to match with the corridor floor finish and the door has <br />been scuffed and needs touching up. The door frame has been scuffed up and needs to be touched up. <br />h. Check acoustics in this room after ceiling has been closed up. <br />i. General clean up required in this room including the clean up of acoustic wall fabric under the counter. <br />
