Generai: <br />a. At perimeter of window frames, cut paint to a clean, straight line, over sealant joint. <br />b. Final cleaning required following completion of sub-trade work. <br />' c. Install aii signage per contract. <br />2. Transit Expansion Space 5170: <br />, a. Specifications cail for gyp board to be primed. <br />b. O~ce 5192: <br />a. Clean dust off of inside face of door. <br />b. Touch up scuff marlcs on door frame. <br />c. Door requires final coat of finish. <br />d. Touch up paint required on various scuffs on the south wall. <br />e. Chipped plastic laminate corner in the east end of the window. <br />f. Touch up crack in northwest corner. <br />g. Replace damaged ceiling tile. <br />h. Finger smudges on the west wall need to be touched up. <br />4. Library 5171: <br />a. Incomplete carpet seaming on north side of room. <br />b. Broken acoustical tile. <br />c. Touch up scuffed paint above data outlet on south wall. <br />5. Board Office 5161: <br />a. The door requires final coat of finish. <br />b. Touch up frame where it has been damaged by door insulation. <br />c. Green paint overspray on wall above door frame needs to be a removed. <br />d. Receptacle cover plate needs to be adjusted and several nicks in the gypboard on the south wall need to <br />be touched up. <br />e. Smudge on east wall near ceiling needs to be touched up. <br />6. Storage Room 5162: <br />a. General clean up of the floor required. <br />b. Reset lifted ceiling tile. <br />c. Touch up gypboard behind door frame. <br />d. Poor finish around penetrations into the partition that need to be repaired. <br />7. General Office Space 5173: <br />a. Touch up two spots on south wall nicks in the drywall need to be patched and touch up painted. <br />b. Cleanup after installation of horizontal blinds. <br />c. Touch up the mall angle above the window seems to be tape or something where it hasn't properly been <br />, <br />
