Unit AC-3: There is a piece of inetal that looks like it comes from Unit AG3 that is laying on the safety <br />graitng. <br />ii. Severai openings on the south side of Unit AC-3 look like they are for either conduit or for pipes need to <br />be properly sealed up. <br />jj. Lateral iap seal due east of Unit AC-3 there is a fai~ly long stretch of it that does not fully adhere to the <br />substrate behind the lap seal. <br />kk. There are two boots located at the northwest comer of Unit AC-4 that are compromised. they are either <br />broken or the seal is loose. <br />il. On ali four rooftop units make sure you "batten down the hatches' before handing over. <br />mm. Provide new gasketing material on Unit AC-4, dampers. <br />nn. Note that there is a significant amount of the roof tread material sitting on top of the roof that has a lot of <br />air undemeath it The roof should be fully adhered. <br />oo. Provide sealant around the perimeter of the hose bib on the west end of the roof. <br />pp. Note: At each roof drain it appears that water will go down the overfiow drain befo~e it goes down the <br />main drain. Lower insulation and roofing befinreen the two drains to insure the two inch difference <br />required by code. Note: We tested this north of AC-1 but it appeared similar most other conditions. <br />3. Elevator Machine Room R140: <br />a. Requires final coat of paint to interior of walis. <br />b. Door and frame to Elevator Machine Room requires paint, both faces. <br />c. Needs a door stop for the door in the open position. <br />d. Door hardware is incomplete, requires a closer. <br />e. Threshold missing at door. <br />f.
