General: <br />a. Finai cleaning required following completion of sub-trade work. <br />' 2. Waiting Area 2234, Maps and Deeds: <br />a. At door to roof, require a step in front of the door. <br />' b. Stand pipe system is incomplete at the roof; some electrical work requires being done. <br />c. Require roof inspection report from Umpqua. <br />d. At southeast comer of AC-1 sealant has come apart at the flashing. <br />e. Repair entire boot assembly at condensation lines at ail four air conditioning units, seatants has failed. <br />, f. Identify rooftop units. <br />g. Separate drip track from condensate grate. <br />h. Repair grate northwest comer of AC-2. <br />, i. Replace a number of broken bol#s for safety grating. <br />j. Metal flashing at west stairwetl has not been fastened back. <br />k. Check boots on west end of building, one of them appears to be delaminating or the adhesive has come <br />loose. <br />, I. Repair roof inembrane directly under AC-2 the unit, the condenser unit, it is already marked with an X or <br />a circle. <br />m. " Seai conduit coming up through roof adjacent to grease duct exhaust fan. <br />~ n. Seal conduit coming up through roof south of Unit MAU-1. <br />o. Close pipe support for elevator machine room stair. Note: Applies to both the pipe supports. <br />p. Repair boot at base of stair to Elevator Machine Room. <br />q. Exposed ductwork on the roof needs to be painted as per the painting spec. <br />' r. Broken lap seam at the north face of elevator machine room in the dogleg comer. Similar conditions at <br />the point where the vertical flashing hits the horizontal roof inembrane, marked with pencils. <br />s. Delaminated insulation layers at southeast comer of etevator machine room directly east of Elevator 3. <br />' t. Reglue splash pad under the southeast corner of elevator machine room. <br />u. Note: Several other splash pads are missing. <br />v. At south face of Elevator Machine Room. <br />w. South of elevator machine room there's about at ten to twelve foot length of seam where the membrane <br />' is not fully adhered to substrate. <br />x. Location east of elevator machine room about six feet north of south parapet wall where several pieces of <br />installation come together and are not fully adhered. <br />y. End lap seal at south side of roof near the center of the building that is marked 'not approved' by marker <br />, on the roof entire lap seal needs to be tr-welded and adhered. <br />z. Sealant required all the way around the perimeter of the hose bib under AC-3. <br />aa. Repair complete boot at ladder near Units AC-3 8~ 4. <br />, bb. Seal conduits and refrigeration lines where they pass up through the roof near the condenser for the <br />Computer Room cooling unit. <br />cc. Replace broken roof drain strainer screen at northwest comer of Unit AC-4. <br />, dd. Paint added sheet metal material to Unit AC-4. <br />ee. The support under the condenser units has not been prope~ly flashed into the roof at Unit AC4. <br />ff. Catwalk extension missing between Units AC-3 8 AC-4. <br />gg. Rooflng in of the power and control conduits at AC-4 still required. <br />' <br />
