General: <br />~ a. Final cleaning required following completion of sub-trade work. <br /> b. Install all signage per contract. <br />' 2. County Expansion Space 5225: <br /> a. General vacuum of the space is still required. <br /> b. Light switch at Door 5225A required. <br />1 c. Carpet instailation in some locations seems to be bubbled up, ensure that ati spots are properiy glued <br /> down, look particularly in the northeast comer of the room. <br /> d. Glue on window silis needs to be cleaned up, windows need to be cleaned. <br />~ e. Adjust hardware on Door 5225A fo~ proper latching and proper closing. Touch up paint required at door <br /> frame near bottom of door. <br />~ 3. Treasurers General Office 5233: <br /> a. Door 5233A is missing and hardware is missing as well. <br /> b. General cleanup in the room is still required. <br />~ c. Cover plate missing to the east of Door 5233 A. <br /> d. Remove overspray from ceiling tees near column on north wall. <br /> e. ' Stained ceiling tile to be replaced near east wall. <br /> f. Cut paint in over sealant at perimeter of window frame. <br />1 g. Remove biue tape from ceiling suspension system. <br /> h. Note: Base instaliation in this room doesn't seem to be uniformiy pushed in, run a roller around the <br /> perimeter to insure an even installation of the rubber base. <br />~ Offi 5223 <br /> ce <br />4. : <br /> a. Final coat of finish required on edge of door, latch side. <br />~ b. Remove tape from suspension system at north wall. <br /> c. C~ean grid directly above door on south wall. <br /> d. Touch up Doorframe 5223A. <br />~ Offi 5213 <br /> ce <br />5. : <br /> a. Room side of door and latch edge of door needs to be smoothed out and refinished. <br />~ b. Bent cross tee at west wall near center of the room needs to be replaced. <br /> c. General cleanup and vacuum. <br />~ 6. Break Room 5205: <br /> a. Finish plumbing installation at the break room sink. <br /> b. Tile application above wall of break room counter is missing. <br />, c. Drawer still needs to be finished off and the doors in front of the plumbing are still missing as well. <br /> d. Coat rod and shelf missing. <br /> e. Missing ceiling tile. <br />~ <br />
