Elevator Lobby 1240: <br /> a. ~nyl walt covering behind thermostat is loose at the joint, provide additional adhesive to firm up in place. <br />' b. Directly undemeath this area the wood chair rail requires some clean up to the finish. <br /> c. Final finish of chair raii and wood trim required. <br /> d. Note: There is one ceiling tile in the Elevator Lobby that is set in the wcong direction. <br />' e. Note: The elevator intercom is not prope~ly flush with the watl and shoutd be set plumb and verGcal. <br /> f. Remove plastic covers from elevator doors. <br /> g. Missing directory signage and related signage. <br />' h. Touch up smudge in soffit sealant. <br />24. Door 1200A: <br /> a. Missing covers for the door closers and operator and missing a cover for the wiring that was run up <br />' through the curtain wall. <br /> b. Touch up mark on wall on upper level. <br /> c. Generai ciean up of fabric required after wood finishing has been completed. <br /> d. At Door 1131A complete the installation chair rail. <br />, e. Doors and Frames 1121 B and 1121 C, frames require touch up, doors require finish. <br /> f. Doors and Frames 1221A and 1221 B, frames require touch up, doors require finsh. <br />' 25. Cortidor 1131: <br />' 26. Janitor's Room 1250: <br />a. Cover late m <br />a. Wall tile application under chair raii required. <br />b. Final coat of finish required for chair rail. <br />' c. Door S141 B: Improper alignment of door in the opening should be adjusted. <br />d. Clean up vinyl wall covering and other material at the headframe. <br />e. . General clean up required in this space including the garbage that is around the hose cabinet. <br />p issing near the top of the room. <br />b. Popped screw in the ceiling. <br />, c. Final cleaning and touch up paint required on the walls where the comers and the wall field color are <br />inconsistent. <br />27. Corridor 1254: <br />~ a. Doors 1240B still require a final coat of finish on one side. <br />b. Door 1270A, corridor side, s611 needs final coat of finish. <br />c. Transition between the vinyl tile and the Terraao has some marking that needs to be cleaned up. <br />' d. Clean up overspray on perimeter wall angle. <br />e. Floor tile needs to be polished throughout. <br />f. Clean up scuff marks on rubber base. <br />' 28. Corridor 1247: <br />~ <br />a. General clean up still required. <br />b. Nick in ceiling tile requires replacement of the ceiling tile. <br />' c. Final wax and cleaning of floor tile required. <br />d. Touch up paint required above Door 1246A. <br />29. Data/Com 1245: <br />' a. Complete the installation of the vinyl tile. <br />b. Clean up scuff marks on door. <br />
