A
separate sheet was attached with names, phone numbers and email addresses for
all staff. A clarification was made that Marcia Kelley will be the transit
board member at the Joint Coordinating Team (JCT) and Mark Wieprecht will
serve as transit board representative at the Development Team meetings.
2. Citizens Advisory Committee
A revision of the charter for the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) was
distributed and reviewed. All suggestions from last week's meeting have been
incorporated into this draft. Please get any corrections or comments to
R.G. Andersen-Wyckoff as quickly as possible. It is scheduled to be
presented to transit board next Thursday for comments and then on to their
board for approval. Randy Franke will be briefing fellow commissioners on
the committee and charter.
CAC will be meeting jointly with JCT once a month (third Thursday meeting) in
a public meeting. Appointment to this committee will be determined by both
governing boards.
