Review LEED Credits That Have Been Achieved Holly Stirnkorb distributed an updated LEED Compliance Evaluation Matrix and reviewed the eleven points that have been achieved. The Matrix contains an error. It states that the IPMVP credit has been achieved. This credit depends on access to the DOE2 study, which is pending the decision to participate in the PGE Earth Smart program. As a result, a total of eleven points have been achieved rather that the twelve points listed on the Matrix. Holly explained that the LEED pilot program also offered a green building rating at the Pioneer Level for achieving twenty points. II. Discuss LEED Credits That Require Clarifications or Modifications The group discussed the outstanding credits as follows: • Infill Develonment - Clarificarion is needed from the City of Salem, but it is highly likely that the point can be achieved. • Enerev EfficiencYLevel 1- Oliver Raab discussed his cost proposal to achieve this point.
