Ma rion <br />Facilities Master Plan <br />Occupancy/Use . <br />By F7oor Main Level County Archives <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />BUILDING EXTERIOR <br />Roof The building has been recently roofed with hot-mop built-up materials and is <br />in good condition. Roof structure is made of wood curved wood trusses. <br />Coping The coping is constructed out of galvanized metal and is in good condition. <br />Eaterior Walls The exterior walls aze constructed-of CMU with a plaster veneer coating. <br />Their condition is good. <br />Ezpansion Joints Building expansion joints are not visible. <br />Windows This building does not have any windows. <br />BUILDINGINTERIOR <br />Wa~~ Wall construction is primarily u-~faced gypsum wall board screwed to fumng <br />strips. <br />Ceiliog System Unfaced gypsum wall board screwed to fumng is the primary ceiling system. <br />Floors Primary floor covering is vinyl sheet goods and is in good condition. <br />Finishes In general finishes are minimal and appropriate for building use, which is <br />storage of archival materials. <br />Furnishings The only furnishings in the building are steel storage racks for storage of <br />archival materials. <br />Toilet Rooms One toilet room exists and is in good condition, primarily due to lack of <br />frequent use. <br />Page 82 <br />
