DOWNTOWN FACILITY SUB-COMMITTEE <br />June 1, 1994 <br />Randy Curtis provided answers to the questions we had posed to him. <br />There was some general discussion of the issues. The information <br />provided by Randy was helpful. <br />The issue of where the Courts will be located must be answered <br />before we can finalize our recommendations. The Sub-Committee that <br />is dealing with the Courts will be asked to resolve that issue <br />before our July 6th meeting. <br />We adopted the following work plan: <br />June 22 meeting -- address and select our recom~~endations <br />dealing with department size and <br />adjacency requirements. <br />July 6 meeting -- adopt a development strategy, s1read <br />centralize in new building, P <br />departments throughout downtown, etc. <br />July 27 meeting -- deal with phasing and timing issues. <br />- Aug. 2 meeting -- finalize our recommendations and develop <br />~ our presentation to the Steering <br />Committee. <br />The Sub-Committee adjourned. <br />
