Downtown:
This committee met on June 1 st and will megt again on June 22th. At
their June 1 st meeting they made up their work plan and should have
report completed by the middle of August. Both the work plan and
minutes have been sent to Ken R. and he will be sending copies to
Building Maintenance for distribution. They have looked at the consul-
tants adjacency requirement and would like clarification from the Clerks
office and the Sheriffs office. The Clerks office has stated they would like
need to sayrdowntownaYThey havedbeenn working with heeCourt sub-
committee on how to dial with the court system. They need to have
more information from the Sheriff office regarding Court,Services needs
to be near the Courts. We need fo have these answers, because if we get asked
questions we need to be able to justify our position. This sub committee
should be looking at all possibilities including the city.
Juvenite:
This sub committee is meeting every other Wednesday and have outlined
their work plan. They should have a recommendation around August
24th. They have been touring the facilities and there has been strong
interest looking at what the County does verse the State. There may be
some interfacing with them. They have been looking at the Health
Building as a possible facility and the land west of 3030 Center. This is
State owned land and they may be able to acquire it. There has been
some discussion by Ruth and Larry.
Tri-Agency:
This sub committee has met several time anc~ are planning to have a
report by mid August.
