If there is a way to address this issue within existing general fund revenues with the <br />growing population base and the healthy economic climate, that would probably be <br />a much easier solution. I am not sure that is the case, however. <br />Once you have met with the Facility Steering Committee sub-group, these issues will <br />no doubt need further discussion.
