Proposed Evaluation Criteria <br />Marion County Facility Proposals <br />1 ~ What is the degree of difficulty in providing services in the current space? <br />2- Are other suitable alternatives available (i.e., rental space, instead of county- <br />owned)? <br />3) Is it needed now? Can it be deferred to a later time or phased in over time? <br />4) Does it help accomplish other County facility needs? <br />5) What is the cost? How big a share of the proposed pie (i.e., bond measure) <br />does it require? <br />6) What is the projected salability to the citizens? Is it something they have <br />indicated they see as a need for the County? Are they likely to vote to fund <br />it? <br />7) Does it help accomplish the County's Mission and Vision? <br />
