Final arguments were presented: <br />Downtown: Suggested the courts still be maintained in the <br />Courthouse and downtown county agencies move to a new <br />building to possibly include the addition of the courts <br />building on or above Court Street. <br />Courts: Gave 3 reasons why they made their decisions: <br />l. Courts will outgrow the Courthouse. <br />2. Security <br />3. Greater potential for voter approval for Criminal <br />Justice building rather than another Administration <br />building. <br />Also the construction of more jail space was raised. <br />NEXT MEETING <br />December 28, 1994 <br />8:00 a.m. <br />The next meeting will center around the methodology that should be <br />used to finish the process, make decisions and what the product <br />should look like. <br />
