I did/do <br />not recall that was confirmed as the plan and how Corrections was <br />going to absorb the staff at the Aumsville Hwy. campus. That <br />seemed to be undecided and would delay the use of space designed <br />for clients that is now occupied by staff. <br />Re: Deferred Improvements <br />This was part of our intial presentation, written report, and <br />our recent summay. When the the MCCF was built the City allowed <br />deferral of certain streets, storm drainage, water, sewer, and <br />SDCs (section E of our report). It is our understanding that any <br />significant development, such as the addition of jail pods or a <br />public safety faciltiy, would require upgrades and fees amounting <br />to approximately $2.4 million.
