Marion County Facilities Master Plan <br />with current requirements for hearing impaired visual signal. <br />There is no central disconnect for the building and building is feed through <br />two meters. The boiler room has a multitude of ineter bases for various areas <br />of the building which are not being used as meters. <br />The apartment side has original wiring circuits which are at the maximum <br />capacity. The apartrnents utilize incandescent lighting in rooms and hallways. <br />The office side has upgraded wiring and panel boxes (1972) in most areas of <br />the upper floors but still utilizes old breaker boxes in the east wing of the <br />building and the first floor. Almost all panels aze at maximum capacity, with <br />the exception of two new panels installed within the last three years on the <br />third and fourth floors. ~ <br />SITE <br />Parking areas There is parking in a lot north of the building for approximately 65 vehicles. <br />Lot paving,is deteriorating and needs an overlay. <br />Amenities There is limited site lighting in the parldng area and adjacent sidewalks receive <br />street lighting. <br />Proaimities This facility is located in close and convenient proximity to other counry <br />downtown facifities. <br />Page 7a <br />
