The aluminum coafing is recent; but the built up portion was done <br />around 1973 and will need replacement in near future. The roof currently <br />does not have scuppers or overflows. <br />Coping The coping is constructed out of galvanized metal and is in good condition. <br />Ezterior Walls R'alls are poured and reinforced concrete with a brick veneer. Terra cotta <br />omament is used. T4ertar joints will need re-pointing in near future. General <br />condition is good. <br />Eapansion Joints Expansion joints were not visible. <br />Windows The primarily window system in the Franklin Building is wood frame with <br />single pane glass, many of the windows have divided lites. Condition of <br />windows is good. <br />BUILDING INTERIOR - <br />Wall Wall construction is primarily painted veneer plaster of gypsum base over <br />steel studs. <br />Ceiling System A majority of ceilings in the building are drop in acoustical tile, 2 ft. by 2 ft. <br />Page 76 <br />
