SECTION 01092 <br />DEMOLITION REGULATIONS <br />199~7 PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />1.1 DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE <br />The contractor represents that he/she has reviewed and is familiar with each of the following and all <br />other federal, state, and local statutes, regulations and ordinance applicable to the work. The current issue <br />of each document shall govern. Where conflict exists among the requirements or with this specification, <br />the more stringent requirements shall apply. <br />The contractor shall make all notifications and reports and shall obtain all permits and authorizations <br />required by applicable laws. No reference to a particular law in the Contract Documents shall be deemed <br />to limit the contractor obligation to comply with any other applicable law. <br />1.
