All forms necessary to a public works project are printed in their entirety and provided in the back of this booklet. <br />The instruction sheet WH-3£tA, is provided to assist contractors in completing the Payroll/Certified Statement. <br />The 1995 Legislature made substantial changes to Oregon's prevailing wage rate law. The changes aifect most <br />public aflencies which award contracts for public works projects and the cnntractors working on those projects.
