More specifically, ~ Marion County believes that it can
demonstrate to Staton that salvage and recycling volumes and unit values
are higher than anticipated by Staton.
Staton agrees to compare it's volumes and values, as weighed against
Statons' risk and removal factors, to Marion Countys' volumes and valuss,
as weighed against Marion Countys' risk and removal factors, and negotiate
to a mutually satisfactory conclusion on differences, with the goal af
reducing the cost of the project to both Marion County and Staton.
I hope this concurs with yaur understanding of our ca~versation.
Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions or I may be of furthe~
assistance.
Very Truly Yours
STATON CONSTRUCTION, INC.
-~_
Ron Richey
General Manager
mC4107
