FirstiNorld Communications will implerTtent this installation in accordance with the National ~lectrical Code, State and Local mandates and within EIA / TIA telecommunications installation standards. 2. FirstWorld Cammunications will warranty this project for one year irom the date of project acceptance for materials and labor unless othe~wise noted in the scope of work 3. FirstWorld Communications assum~s that this work may be performed during normal business hours unless noted otherwise in the scope of work. 4. FirstWorld Communications assumes that no asbestos will be encountered during this installation. This quotation does not in~lude removal or abatement of any asbestos or asbestos contaminated m~terials. 5. FirstWorld Communications assumes that all cables wiil be placed above a typical drop ceiling with removable lay-ln tiles unless noted otherwise ih tha scope of wark. 6. FirstWorld Communications assumes that conditions affacting this work have not changed since the time of our site visitafion. 7. FirttWorld Communications assumes that any conduits cr raceways schadulecf for re use durin$ the site walkthrough are of sufficient cepacity for the proposed cables and are not damaged or blocked in any way. 8. FirstWorld Communications assumes that sufFcierit rack space and power are available for the listed equipment. 9. FirstWolid Communications assumes that there will be unimpeded access to ~II necessary work areas for the duration of the project. 11. The customer will provide a clean and safe ernironment for the du~^ation of this praject. Where applicable, the custamer wil! inform FirstWorld Communications representatNes of any hazardous woiicing conditions and provide appropriate training and precautions 12• This quote is ~alid for thirty (30) days from the date shown. FirstWorld Communications reserves the right to adjust this quotation for any phases of this projeet that are scheduled for completion beyond sixty (60) days from tha date shown below.
