FirstWorld Communications will implement this installation in axordance with the National Electricat Cade, State and Locat mandates and within EIA / TIA telecommunications installation standards. 2. FirstWorld Communications w'tll warranty this praject for one year from the date of project accaptance for materials and labor unless otherwise noted in the scope of work 3. FirstWorld Cammunications assumes that this work may be perfarmed during normal business hours unless noted otherwise in the scope of work_ 4_ FirstWorld Communications assumes that no asbestos will be encountered during this installation. 7his quotation does not include remo~al cr abatament of any asbestos or asbestos contaminated materials. 5. FirstWorld Communications assumes that all cables will be placed above a typical drop ceiling with removable lay-in tiies unless noted otherwise in the scope of work. 6. FirstWorld Communicadons assumes that candi~ons affecting this work have not changed since the time of our site ~isitation. 7. FirstWorld Communications assumes that any conduits or raceways scheduled for ~e use during the site walkthrough are of sufficierit capacity for the proposed cables and are not damaged or blocked in any way. 8. FirstWorld Communieations assumes that sufficient rack space and power are available for the listed equipment. 9. FirstWorld Communications assumes that there will be unimpeded access to all necessary work arees for the duration of the project. 11. The customer will provide a clean and safe environment for the duration of this project. Where applicable, the customer will inform FirstWorld Communicatiohs representatives of any hazardous working conditions and provide eppropHate training and precautions 12• This quote is valid for thirty (30) days from the date shown. FirstWorld Communications reserves the right to adjust this quo4tian for ahy phases af this project that are scheduled for completion beyond sixty (60) days from the date shown below.
