This is necessary in order to realize the benefit of credits from the Contractor. <br />Move Neighbor to Neighbor from 4`h floor to 3`d floor. We anticipate that <br />their occupied area will increase from their current 594 s.f. to 1,000 s.f. <br />based on building grid lines. At this time you do not know whether the <br />D.A.'s office can absorb the rest of the available space vacated by the <br />Housing Authority, but the remaining 3,842 s.f. would need to be stripped <br />back to base expansion space. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Construction cost in this area should be reduced by up to $60,000. The <br />credit to the contract to retum the current N2N space to undeveloped would <br />be approximately $10,000. <br />Fees for our services would involve the following: <br />a. Revise existing N2N space to base expansion. <br />b. Design new N2N space plan. <br />Total: <br />Move Marion County Housing Authority from 3rd floor to 5~' floor. We <br />anticipate that their occupied area will increase from 4,842 s.f. to 5,185 s.f. <br />Fees for our services would involve the following: <br />$772 <br />$3,950 <br />$4,722 <br />a. Revise balance of existing Housing Authority to base <br />expansion space. $4,995 <br />b. Design new Housing Authority space. $20,480 <br />~ Total: $25,475 <br />Retain balance of 3'" floor space for D.A.'s office (this issue is dealt with in <br />Item No. 2 above). <br />
