District Attorney's "Space Saver" file system. <br />Our fee to coordinate the installation of this system and resolve placement <br />of rails etc. will be set at: $3,900 <br />5. Relocate Solid Waste Department to the east end of the 5~' floor. We <br />anticipate that their occupied area will increase from 5,733 s.f. to 6,041 s.f. <br />Fees for our services would involve the following: <br />a. Design new office layout for the Solid Waste Department. $29,904.13 <br />b. Please note that the combined effect of moving Housing <br />Authority and Solid Waste increases the developed area <br />of the 5"' floor by 5,494 s.f. <br />The additional construction cost of this combined area increase <br />should involve a construction cost of approximately $120,000. <br />6. Legal Counsel has requested that relites be added to four offices. You <br />have already received the estimated construction cost for this issue. <br />Our proposed fee to process this as a change: $350 <br />Relocate Mail Room to the Franklin Building. <br />Our fees to carry out this work include the following: <br />a. Revise Courthouse Square drawings to permit development <br />of Retail/Office spaces at Mail Room location and to add <br />corridor access to Waste and Recycling areas. $1,842 <br />b. Design and Document revisions at the Franklin Building to <br />accommodate the Mail Room function. $8,905 <br />(Note: Our fees for the work assume accurate as-built <br />information for the Franklin Building. Should we require <br />site measuring of the facility, we would carry this out <br />based on our hourly rates as attached.) <br />Total: $10,747 <br />
