<br />The Rating Baly may also consult non-USGBC member experts with technicai artd -.
<br />administrative:expertise in various disciplines such as energy, indoor~air qt~aiity,~building~
<br />management, opecations and maintenance; sustainable design, and materials as `
<br />circumstances waRant. ,
<br />Program Administration . .
<br />The administrative operations of the program will be vested with the U.S. Green Bu7ding
<br />~ Council staff.~ A designated ~Rating System Program Coordinator and staff, will oversee .
<br />day-to-day activities. The Coordinator i~~~responsible for issuing and reviewing applications~
<br />verifying compliance, maintaining reco~ds; responding to information requests, responding
<br />to complaints, issuing news releases`~and.other promotional materials and serving as the
<br />program liaison to the Rating Body. ~ ~
<br />Certification
<br />Responsibi{ity for certifying compliance with Rating System criteria will be vested with ~
<br />registered professional engineers and/or architects who will be required to sign`'and seal ~' ~
