He said that the proposal request he recently received only asked
for the cost of air filters, and it did not ask for the cost of writing
and implementing an IAQ Construction Management Plan. In order to
receive the LEED credit, he must write and implement an IAQ Construction
Management Plan. I have sent you a fax that includes the LEED
requirements for your review. John also has a copy of these
requirements. As soon as possible, please amend the proposal request
to include the cost of writing and implementing an IAQ Construction
Management Plan that complies with the LEED requirements. The plan must
be written and in place no later that February 1, 2000 in order for us
to obtain this credit. If you have any questions, please contact me at
(503) 227-1326.
Thank you,
Holly Stirnkorb
Harding Lawson Associates
(503) 227-1326
CC: "bmccullough@open.org" <bmccullough@open.org>
