Transit's interest in this project to see how it can <br />be brought to fruition. <br />Public comment <br />and c~uestions: <br />Donna Bench <br />4055 Market ~treet, Apt. 2 <br />Salem, OR <br />Ms. Bench is involved in the Elderly and Disabled <br />Advisory Committee to the Transit Board and she <br />believes it is important to have the buses and <br />county offices in a central, secure, convenient <br />location. <br />Glen Rader, Jr. <br />4719 Ward Dr. NE <br />Salem, OR <br />Mr. Rader said both County and Transit are <br />acco~ntable if there is evidence that public trust <br />has been violated. <br />He made suggestions on how to proceed with <br />the project. First, stop any further development <br />of the site and expenditure of funds. Second, <br />request an independent management audit of the <br />project to determine what has occurred, what the <br />present status ofi the project is, and to determine <br />if there are any criminal violations of laws by <br />those involved in the project.
