, Chair Franke said Randy Curtis and R:C. <br />Anderson-Wyckoff have resigned as project <br />manager and Billy Wasson has taken the <br />assignment. <br />Billy Wasson stafied he was not the only project <br />coordinator on this project, but is joined by John <br />Whittington from the transit district. <br />Mr. Wasson discussed his career and said he has <br />been familiar with the Courthouse Square Projec~t <br />for a long time. Ne stated he was the faciiity <br />project manager fo~ the Marion County Jail <br />Campus from the idea stage all the way through <br />to the completion and additions. <br />M~. Wasson believes this project is achieveabfe <br />by the end of 1999 and believes he can regain <br />the public's trust in this project. <br />There is a restructured process that informs <br />organizations who want to do work on this <br />project they must have a signed confiract in place <br />or they should cease doing anything mo~e. He <br />will make sure the interests of the transit and <br />county are represented in agreements and it is <br />put in the right format for considerafiion by both <br />boards. <br />Mr. Wasson will have more informa~tion on <br />restructure and refinement of the organizational <br />structure in approxima~tely a week.
