She was Chair the year Transit <br />asked the County if fihis could be a joint project. <br />She already knew the County's resources were <br />going to come from our facility costs. The <br />process and discussion from three years ago may <br />have never become public knowledge when the <br />commitments were made. She did not want <br />people to get the impression this had not been a <br />part of the County discussion on an ongoing <br />basis. <br />Marcia Kelly said questions have been raised <br />about a merit award that the Transit District had <br />given to R.G.
