.f-.7 <br />~ <br />T,~ <br />~ <br />It is further understood that the county incurs no obligation to compensate the project <br />coordinator for time and services rendered unless specifically agreed to by separate <br />agreement. <br />The parties reserve the right to modify the scope, financing and partnership arrangements <br />as may be necessary in order to successfully implement this project. A final contract <br />between the parties is subject to fiurther analysis by the county and it agents to de~ermine <br />the financial feasibility of the project. The county and the project coordinator will jointly <br />evaluate various models and financial strategies and submit a recommendarion to the <br />Board for approvaL <br />It is further understood i~at the project coordinator will be the exclusive agent for the <br />development team consisting of Arbuckle Costic Arc~itects, Mortgageline Inc. and <br />Penee/Kelly Construction.
