As requested, I <br />have enclosed the following documents to be included in my income <br />calculation: <br />1. Paystub from the State of Oregon (#196784) <br />2. Income from Crowell Family Trust <br />a. Form 2G <br />b. Grantor letter <br />3. Cape Cod Cooperative Bank Statement <br />a. Checking account (#8022212380) <br />b. Savings account passbook (#10-000988-0) <br />z respectfully ask that these records be kept confidential. These <br />documents represent my total income to the best of my knowledge. <br />In response to your letter, I will not confirm that the 90 day <br />period began on February 21, 1997. Any period leading to eviction <br />must be predicated on the ownership of the building from which you <br />are evicting. Nowever, this is a matter that should need no <br />resolution provided an expeditious and good faith handling of the <br />settlement.
